Suicide Liaison Service

The Suicide Liaison Service is commissioned to provide specialist support to any adult (18 years or over) resident in Cornwall who has been bereaved by suicide, and will provide this support up to and including the Inquest.  We accept self-referrals, and if you would like to make a referral to the Suicide Liaison Service, please call 01208 871905 (weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.)  Alternatively, anyone who would like support from our service can register online at https://www.cornwallft.nhs.uk/talking-therapies.  For more information about the service, visit the website: www.cornwallft.nhs.uk/suicide-liaison-service
