Hospice care for children and young people with life limiting / life threatening conditions, including Respite Care, Symptom Management Stays and End of Life Support.

We provide bereavement support for families who are already using our service for as long as they need us.

A member of the team is available to provide phone advice and support our families any time day or night 24/7. We have a bereaved mum’s group, bereaved sibling support groups and we can provide in house bereavement support stays for the day or overnights for the whole family.  We can provide home visits, support via email to parents and siblings and have an annual remembering day for the whole family.
