Little Harbour , Children’s Hospice Based in Cornwall

 – run by the Charity Children’s Hospice South West

Hospice care for children and young people with life limiting / life threatening conditions, including Respite Care, Symptom Management Stays and End of Life Support.

We provide bereavement support for families who are already using our service for as long as they need us.

A member of the team is available to provide phone advice and support our families any time day or night 24/7. We have a bereaved mums group/ bereaved sibling support groups /we can provide in house bereavement support stays for the day or overnights for the whole family/ home visits/ support via email to parents and siblings/ and have an annual remembering day for the whole family.

Hospital Chaplaincy Team

Chaplains are the specialist spiritual care providers. Our Spiritual & Pastoral Care Team visit wards regularly and Chaplains are also available on call and can be reached on 01872 252883 or through the switchboard on 01872 250000 out of hours. The Chaplains work closely with all faith communies, so if you would like us to contact your own priest, minister or faith community leader, we can do that for you.
