Cornwall Hospice Care

Call: 01726 829874 to arrange a support call.

During these uncertain times, and while our Community Friendship Cafes are closed, we are still able to offer support and a friendly ear on the phone to anyone who may be feeling vulnerable or isolated.

This could include signposting to other services, telephone referrals to our therapy team and bereavement support. We will also shortly be able to offer this as a video call, all these services are available Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm.

In addition to one to one conversations we will shortly be going live on Facebook with our virtual Community Friendship Cafes, this group will be packed with information and resources, our website also offers advice on a variety of topics including mindfulness and relaxation techniques on our therapy team pages.

Hospital Chaplaincy Team

Chaplains are the specialist spiritual care providers. Our Spiritual & Pastoral Care Team visit wards regularly and Chaplains are also available on call and can be reached on 01872 252883 or through the switchboard on 01872 250000 out of hours. The Chaplains work closely with all faith communies, so if you would like us to contact your own priest, minister or faith community leader, we can do that for you.
